NTT DATA and the 30% Club

NTT DATA UK is proud to be a member of The 30% Club, a global campaign that aims to increase the representation of women at board and senior management levels. The 30% Club was launched in the UK in 2010 with the aim of increasing female board representation in the FTSE 100 to 30%. That goal has since been reached, but the Club continues to campaign for better representation of women across senior leadership levels.

NTT DATA UK’s membership of the Club over the past 5 years is part of the company’s ongoing dedication to improving diversity and inclusivity in both business and society. As a member, NTT DATA UK’s goal is to have at least a third of our senior roles filled by women.
