Realizing a sustainable future

Our goal is to use technology for good to help create a more affluent and harmonious society. We recognize the importance of embedding sustainability across our company, and we are making significant investments to address sustainability challenges for ourselves and our clients. It’s why we rank in the top 1% of IT service providers featured in the S&P Global Sustainability Rating, 2024 and, for the second consecutive year, have been selected as a CDP Climate Change “A List” company.

As we launch our Global Sustainability Report, Abhijit Dubey, President and CEO, and David Costa, Chief Sustainability Officer, share the progress made one year after introducing our global sustainability strategy. They reflect on how sustainability is embedded in our business, creating value and a competitive advantage, driving efficiency, inspiring innovation and accelerating growth. By engaging our people and using our technology, we can address our sustainability challenges. This approach demonstrates our credibility and shows our clients how our sustainability business services and assets will help them achieve their own sustainability goals.

We have identified 13 material topics to be addressed globally, organized under three pillars to form our sustainability strategy. We will continue to promote sustainability management based on the new strategy and material topics, aiming to achieve sustainable business operations and growth, while contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
