The independent analyst firm, NelsonHall, has ranked NTT DATA as a LEADER for Salesforce Services globally. The report called, ‘Salesforce Services NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT)’ positions NTT DATA in the top right quadrant in four out of five categories.
NTT DATA achieved LEADER ranking in the Overall category and especially ranked well in the quadrant for “New Business Model Enablement” achieving highest ranking in the field for “Ability to deliver immediate benefit.” According to NelsonHall a LEADER is a vendor, “that exhibit[s] both a high ability relative to their peers to deliver immediate benefit and a high capability relative to their peers to meet client future requirements.”
In the report NelsonHall wrote, “NTT DATA probably has one of the most balanced delivery network of all vendors with SFDC capabilities.”
