NTT DATA earned PAC's highest designation in three specific categories based on its competence and market strength in the "Leaders in Sustainability Related IT Consulting & Services in Europe" report for 2024. The company was ranked Best in Class for sustainability of IT, sustainability reporting and sustainability-related IT consulting and services in Germany.

PAC evaluated up to 30 IT service providers in each segment based on sustainability-related IT services they deliver in Europe. The analyst firm focused on IT consulting and service providers' portfolio development, visions, strategies, approaches, tools, and investments to support their clients with the definition, monitoring and achievement of their sustainability goals.
The Sustainability of IT segment, where NTT DATA earned a Best in Class designation, promoted vendors that achieved excellence in delivering consulting & services related to digital workplace and collaboration, the decarbonisation of IT infrastructures and the decarbonisation of application landscapes.
The Sustainable Reporting segment, where NTT also was named a Best in Class vendor, evaluated criteria including experience in supporting customers' financial reporting, strength in analytics and data management, and breadth of partnerships with large platform providers.
