NTT DATA Expands Partnership with Sprinklr to Launch New Centres of Excellence Across UK

Expanded collaboration deepens CX delivery capabilities and accelerates enterprise access to scalable, AI-powered customer experience solutions

London, UK – 4 August 2025 – NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, today announced the establishment of new Centres of Excellence (CoEs) across the United Kingdom, through an expansion of its strategic technology partnership with Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM), the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises. These specialist hubs will enhance NTT DATA’s ability to deliver innovative, AI-driven customer experience solutions at scale.
