London, 29 March 2023 – NTT DATA, a world leader in digital, data, and technology services, has announced a new partnership with WalkMe, the leading provider of digital adoption solutions. Together, NTT DATA and WalkMe will work to accelerate the modernisation efforts of clients worldwide, with WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) providing holistic control of transformation efforts.
DAPs are critical in the battle to ensure digital transformation projects succeed, as they reduce digital friction and increase end-user productivity during software transitions, which is a major cause for digital transformation projects failing. As a result, DAPs are set to play a major role across the entire technology stack, with Gartner estimating that seven out of ten organisations will use them by 2025.
