NTT DATA UK was awarded the 2019 System Engineering Process Award for the development of a Quality Assurance Framework for Project Delivery by NTT DATA Corporation. Claudio Costa, Business Consulting Associate Director, and Robert Wood, Telco Media Client Partner were in Japan to receive the award on 23rd May.
Though initially developed for Liberty Global, this framework has been expanded to be applied to other projects and clients. This initiative has been very well received across NTT DATA and plans are on the way to turn this into a global proposition. This framework has undergone robust testing to provide a benchmarking method to evaluate and improve the quality of project delivery, and new assets like online assessments and automated dashboards have been launched recently to make it easier to use by our clients.
