1 June 2018 – LONDON, UK – NTT DATA, a trusted leader in global innovation, has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of privately-held Magentys Holdings Ltd (MagenTys). The acquisition is being led by NTT DATA UK, and MagenTys will become a wholly owned subsidiary.
MagenTys brings market leading DevOps delivery capabilities to NTT DATA, which complement its existing range of digital transformation services. Clients will benefit from significant intellectual property to differentiate and accelerate delivery, a high-quality engineering skill base with deep technical experience and excellent partner relationships with key DevOps vendors.
MagenTys focuses on next generation delivery and engineering capabilities to enable organisations to design and release quality software, fast. MagenTys is unique as one of the only consultancies with proven experience of delivering end-to-end DevOps consultancy in areas such as Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Test Automation, Application Deployment and Cloud Orchestration. As part of NTT DATA, MagenTys will be able to bring its expertise to NTT DATA’s growing pipeline of Digital transformation opportunities across telecoms, media, insurance, automotive and capital markets.
NTT DATA will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of MagenTys’ consulting team, its portfolio of IP Assets including open source frameworks, deep technology partner relationships with Microsoft, Hashicorp, AWS, Docker, Cucumber and Atlassian and its strong visible reputation in the digital community.
