NTT DATA UK appoints Alberto Bellofatto as Vice President, Global Client Partner for Vodafone

Today NTT DATA UK announced that it has appointed Alberto Bellofatto as Vice President, Global Client Partner for Vodafone. Bellofatto assumes overall global responsibility for NTT DATA UK’s relationship with Vodafone, working to ensure that the top 10 global IT services provider is a trusted global partner to the Telco giant.

Following a career in the military, Bellofatto moved into the telecoms sector via Accenture, where he reached executive level. Bellofatto then joined Ericsson, before launching his own consulting agency in April 2017. He most recently worked for Silicon Valley start-up MATRIXX Software, leading their European markets.

Bellofatto joins NTT DATA UK’s Telco Media and Technology (TMT) practice, which has rapidly grown over the past year. He is the latest notable addition to the team, following the recent appointment of Roei Haberman as head of TMT. NTT DATA has been working as a global advisor to Vodafone for a number of years, with teams supporting their operations across key markets including the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and beyond.

Alberto Bellofatto, Vice President and Global Client Partner at NTT DATA UK, commented: “I am excited to begin this new chapter with NTT DATA UK, whose passion and expertise drew me in. Couple this with NTT DATA’s global footprint and we are the ideal partner to help such a major player in the UK Telco market through their latest organisational changes.

Roei Haberman, SVP Sales and Head of Telco, Media and Technology at NTT DATA UK, commented: “I’m delighted to welcome Alberto to the TMT team. Alberto is the ideal candidate to ensure that Scott Petty, Alberto Ripepi and the Vodafone team receive world-class support and expertise from NTT DATA. Leveraging our global expertise, we are perfectly placed as Vodafone’s newly appointed global partner.
