Introduction

In this Privacy Notice, references to “we”, “us”, “our” or NTT DATA UK &I means NTT DATA UK &I Ltd, as the case may be. References to “you” and “your” as colleagues and visitors to NTT DATA UK & I premises.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about how we collect and use personal data (images) from you during your visit in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

This privacy notice is aimed at individuals who work or visit NTT DATA UK & I premises. CC-TV is in operation in the reception areas and entrances / exits to those premises as well as IT Comms rooms.

NTT Data UK is the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law.

 

The personal data we hold

The personal data that we may collect, use, store and share (where appropriate) about you via CC-TV cameras is limited to your image

 

Why we use this data

The purpose of processing this data is to help us:

  • Protect colleagues, visitors and premises from unauthorised entry

 

Our lawful basis for using this data

The lawful basis for processing Personal data for this purpose is:

  • Legitimate interests of the organisation

 

How we store this data

CC-TV footage is stored within the UK for 30 days, unless required to facilitate an investigation into an incident. No data is transferred internationally

 

Data sharing

We do not share information about you with any third party unless legally required or necessary and providing the request complies with data protection law.

The third party(ies) we may share personal information about you with:

  • Law enforcement agencies 

 

Transferring data internationally

CC-TV footage is stored within the UK

 

Your rights

You have the right, at any given time, to:

  1. Confirm whether your personal data exists,
  2. Request a copy of your data

To exercise these rights, you may send a request to the Data Protection Officer as ukdataprotection@nttdata.com

We may modify or update this Privacy Notice following different interpretations, decisions, opinions and orders relating to the UK Data Protection Framework. The Effective Date at the header of this Privacy Notice sets out the date of last revision. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be notified in advance and will be posted on the Website or the Company Services. In the event that we propose material changes that expand our rights to use your personal data we will notify you and provide you with a choice about our future use of your personal data.
