London – Jan 18th, 2024 – NTT DATA UK, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced NTT DATA, has been recognised as a Global Top Employer for 2024 by Top Employers Institute for the first time. This year, NTT DATA was one of only 17 Global Top Employers to be recognised for its outstanding people policies and practices worldwide.
NTT DATA has also been awarded a Top Employer 2024 regional certification in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, and North America.
This recognition is granted by the Top Employers Institute programme, who certify organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing, among others. For 2024, the Institute has certified more than 2,300 organisations in 122 countries/regions.
NTT DATA received exceptionally high marks for “Talent Acquisition,” “Career,” and “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” Each of the 29 NTT DATA countries participating in the Top Employer survey received certification.
