At the end of 2022, Moeve identified the need to modernize its workplace environment through an expert service that would promote automation, proactive incident resolution and user self-service. The company also aimed to enhance the digital experience for employees and accelerate their migration to cloud environments.

To address this need, NTT DATA completed a global consulting, migration, implementation and change management project for the new digital workplace environment.
A technology solution based on Microsoft Intune, Android Zero Touch and Samsung Knox was implemented, enabling:
