In December 2025, something powerful happened across NTT DATA.
In every region where we operate, our people came together with one shared purpose: to give.
The Global Giving campaign was more than a series of volunteer activities; it was a collective expression of our values, our commitment, and who we are as an organization.
This year’s campaign spanned 35 countries and 80 cities. Teams across regions and business units organized a total of 96 local initiatives, each tailored to the needs of their communities, and all united by the same spirit of care, inclusion and social responsibility.
More than 10,450 employees took part, showing up with heart and purpose — and demonstrating that when we act together, the impact is extraordinary:
- Over 990 volunteer hours were dedicated to supporting local communities.
- Over 3,500 items were donated, from toys and gifts to essential supplies.
- More than 1,350kg of food was collected to support food banks and families in need.
- More than $156,100 was raised through employee fundraising efforts.
- Nearly $12,000 was contributed by NTT DATA directly
These numbers tell an incredible story, and behind every one is a life touched. Thanks to these combined efforts, we estimate that we reached almost 5,000 people.
The Global Giving campaign is a testament to how seemingly small and isolated acts can make a significant, lasting change.
