NTT DATA UK has appointed Giles Crossley as Director of Operations in its Technology Solutions business.
In this new role, Giles is accountable for all operational matters across Technology Solutions; optimising profit and increasing efficiency across business process and cost control. In addition, Giles will work closely with Chief Operating Officer, Alistair Lovegrove and Pam Chase, HR Director, in support of strategic workforce management.
Giles joins from BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where he was most recently Head of Operations for the International Business. Prior to this, Giles worked in the Public Sector, Telco Media and Financial Services domains across a range of work, including consultancy as well as hardware and software development.
